Yolanda has 30 years of experience supporting the retail industry with her leadership in Human Resources. Her background includes Verizon Wireless, Radio Shack and Party City. She joined Wireless Vision in 2016- as Director of Human Resources Director, holding several position leading to her most recent role as VP of People & Engagement since 2020. Yolanda is passionate that the success of any organization starts not with resources but a people-first orientation and great leadership. Yolanda leads the Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Marketing & Communications and Learning & Development strategies for Vision. She takes pride in strengthening the Vision culture through People & Engagement setting the teams up to do their best work and have an amazing employee experience.

Born and raised in Detroit, she is proud to be a Motor City Girl, Yolanda is married and has one adult child. Yolanda attended Central State University and enjoys traveling family time, community work and mentoring.
