Theo Rokos began his career in sales and management at Royal Bank of Scotland, Wolters Kluwer, and Scantron. He specialized and excelled in Business Development and Growth.

In 2007, Theo Rokos founded the video interviewing company, GreenJobinterview.com. Mr. Rokos took the company to profitably in less that 36 months and was a pioneer in video interviewing. Here are some of the highlights of his tenure as CEO at Greenjobinterview:

●  Named to OC Metro’s top forty executives under forty in 2011. 


●  Author of the book, “Sustainable Staffing”

●  Took GJI from zero revenue to over $4,000,000 in annual revenue. 


●  Took GJI to profitability in less than 36 months. 


●  Contracted revenue with 41 of the Fortune 500 


●  GreenJobInterview.com was named one of the top places to work by

Mr .Rokos sold GreenJobInterview in September 2017.

Theo then spent his time understanding the top of the hiring funnel diving into Programmatic, Chatbots, and AI solutions designed to help people get hired faster. He Co-authored another book called “Untangling the Hiring Knot”.

He is currently on the Advisory Board of Multiple companies in HR Tech and the COO of Appyhere.
