Reginald (Reggie) Johnson is a seasoned executive with a diverse background, currently serving as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of North America Field Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer at a Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry. He joined the company in 2017 as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, overseeing areas such as Litigation, Employment, Risk & Safety, and Asset Protection.

In 2018, he was promoted to his current role. Reggie plays a crucial role in providing human resources support for Signet's 2,500 stores in North America. His responsibilities extend to employee relations, human resources compliance, and the development and implementation of the company's diversity and inclusion strategy. This includes overseeing education initiatives and Signet’s Business Resource Groups.

\Reggie brings a wealth of experience to his role, boasting over 20 years of legal and counseling expertise. His professional journey includes more than a decade of retail experience, where he provided legal support across various human resources functions. Before joining Signet, he served as an attorney in the Legal Departments of Dollar Tree, Family Dollar Stores, and Tyson Foods.

Educationally, Reggie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law.

Outside of his corporate responsibilities, Reggie is an active member of the Board of Directors two non-profit organizations, showcasing his commitment to community involvement and social causes.
