Paul DeSousa is the Vice President of Talent Strategy, Learning and Development for Ulta Beauty. In this role Paul is responsible for all talent programs, employee engagement, leadership development and field training for over 50,000 associates. The team is focused on transforming and modernizing talent processes and maximizing associate performance. Paul has been with Ulta Beauty for 17 years, serving in roles across Human Resources, Merchandising and Field Operations before returning back to the HR team to lead the training and development function.
