Patti Gilligan

Senior Director, Organizational Change & Strategy Designer Brands (DSW)

Patti is currently the Sr. Director of Organizational Change and Strategy at Designer Brands Inc. (DBI).   In this role, Patti works directly with the executive leadership team to facilitate strategic planning for all DBI businesses (DSW, Camuto Group, Shoe Company/Shoe Warehouse), and oversees change across the organization.  This included the transition to an omni-channel retailer and currently the integration of the Camuto Group.  

Prior to this role, Patti was responsible for talent management including talent acquisition, learning & development and succession planning.  Additionally, she is one of the founding chairs of the women in leadership Business Resource Group, MyLIFE.

Prior to Designer Brands/DSW, Patti spent nearly 7 years with Wendy’s International where she led a team that developed leadership curriculum and the first online learning supported by an LMS.  Additionally, Patti spent time at Gap Inc. Direct and Banc One.

Patti holds a B.S. in Hearing & Speech Sciences from the Ohio University and has held various positions within the Central Ohio ATD (Associate for Talent Development) including President. She has been an active member of the local Alzheimer’s Association and ACMP (Association of Change Management) and most recently the Komen Race for a Cure.

Patti was born and raised in Ohio and currently resides in Central Ohio with her husband and two children.
