Megan Berry Barlow

Director, HR Nebraska Furniture Mart

Megan Berry Barlow is the Director of HR / CHRO and began her career at Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) in 2002. Megan holds a BA from Texas State University and a Master of Science from Nebraska Methodist University.

Megan and the HR Team have supported the organization through the opening of a 24,000 square foot Nebraska Furniture Mart showroom in Clive, Iowa and the 2003 opening of a new Nebraska Furniture Mart in Kansas City, KS.

Most recently, Megan developed and executed a strategy supporting the Human Capital demands NFM’s newest location in North Texas. The Colony, TX store opened in 2015 and spans over 100 acres and features a 560,000 square foot retail showroom. Today, NFM has over 4,600 employees.

Megan serves as the Board Chair for American Red Cross - Omaha Metro Chapter, has been a Professor at Bellevue University for 10 years, and enjoys running, biking, and swimming and is an avid marathoner and triathlete.
