Marc is a Partner and Solutions Architect within Aon Talent Solutions.

Experience

Marc previously was a Senior Director and Practice Lead – Digital Talent and Organization at Gartner Consulting, a Principal and Head of Organizational Development at Forshay, Head of HR Strategy and Director – Change Management at Gap Inc. IT, and Manager – Human Performance at Accenture. He has over 25 years of experience designing and implementing organizational, change and talent management strategies for a wide range of industries: tech, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, retail, biotech and nonprofit.

Expertise

Marc has extensive HR consulting experience and specializes in helping organizations develop and operationalize transformative human capital strategies. Additionally, Marc is an organizational change management (OCM) expert and has led numerous OCM workstreams in support of ERP and SaaS implementations such as ServiceNow, Oracle PeopleSoft and Retek, SAP SuccessFactors, and Siebel. Marc is a certified change practitioner (Prosci) and strategic workforce planner (Human Capital Institute).

Education

Marc holds a B.S. from Lehigh University, an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley), and an M.P.H. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
