LaTanya Foster (she/her/hers) has always been passionate about creating and developing spaces and communities that are special, inclusive, and dynamic. She is a highly skilled talent strategy and employee experience leader, focused on identifying potential issues and developing innovative solutions. 

LaTanya's diverse professional journey has impacted various industries – retail, ecommerce, government, and higher education, to name a few. Currently, she serves as the VP, People for Savage X Fenty, implementing HR strategies and initiatives for the global corporate and retail teams.

LaTanya's entrepreneurial spirit helped shape her own consulting business - Fresh Success Consulting - a boutique firm focused on practical solutions for business planning, organizational improvement, and people operations for startups and small businesses.  

LaTanya Foster is a native of Detroit, MI, and holds a Psychology degree from Howard University and an M.A. from Roosevelt University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She enjoys DIY projects, baking, and living room dancing with her husband and two boys. 

She aspires to leave everything she touches better than how she found it.
