Jennifer Mundorf

Director, Talent Development Big Lots

Jen Mundorf is the director of talent development and talent management for Big Lots, responsible for the development and training of over 36,000 associates across the company’s Corporate Headquarters, stores, and distribution centers. Prior to joining Big Lots, she spent time at other retailers, including Bed Bath & Beyond, Buy Buy Baby, and Harmon Stores.

Jen earned her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and her SPHR from HRCI.org. She’s passionate about giving back to her community and sits on the board for Communities in Schools of Ohio, an organization dedicated to empowering students to stay in school and achieve in life.

Jen lives in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball and tennis and is an active member of her school’s PTO.
