Drive, passion and constant curiosity are words I use to describe some of the most successful people at Bath & Body Works. They’re also words I use to describe how I’ve managed my own career. Those leaders have inspired me and guided me on my journey with the company, but work and the effort have come from me. I’ve always been in human resources, but I’ve had the opportunity to work in different industries and in different parts of this business … different experiences that helped me learn, and grow my skills and knowledge of the business.

Now, as leader in the business, I’m accountable for helping my team provide insights and counsel that supports leaders in building capabilities and teams that are curious, industrious, and focused on getting better every day.
