Jamie MacFarlane is the Strategic People Partner for Retail at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, her employer for the past 12 years. Prior to Strategic People Partner Jamie has held leadership roles at Lush as Regional Manager, Area Manager and Store Manager. Prior to Lush, Jamie started her career with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Human Resources and Restaurant Management. Jamie holds certificates in Human Resources in Benefits and Compensation and Human Resources and Employee Relations from Cornell University along with most recently becoming certified in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
