Greg Shebesta is the Director of HR at Blain’s Farm & Fleet, leading a team that supports over 4,000 associates throughout 42 locations. He is a positive and people orientated HR professional with passions for cultivating an engaging environment and aligning employee performance and focus to the strategic goals of the organization. Greg has worked at Blain’s Farm & Fleet for 15 years, starting in the field and advancing at the corporate level in HR with experience leading the Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP teams. 

In his free time, Greg loves spending time with his wife and their three children.  When he’s not wrangling his kids, he enjoys reading Hemmingway and Vonnegut, drinking craft IPAs, and taking in live music.
