Gabe Salazar is the Sr. Director, Human Resources at Foot Locker, Inc., working as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to senior leadership under the Chief Commercial Officer. Gabe has over 25 years of experience in the retail industry as a Retail Store Manager, Learning and Development Manager and Field and Corporate Human Resources Director prior to his current role. He holds a BA in Psychology & Spanish and an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington as well as an MBA from the University of Miami. Gabe is a published author in the field of Neuropsychology, has written field training programs for the Champs Division of Foot Locker and partnered with Nike to lead Foot Locker’s store team member strategy in key markets. In his free time, Gabe is an avid tennis player and enjoys spending time with his family and dogs.
