EVP Transition Services

As Executive Vice President, Elizabeth Lutes is responsible for the leadership of Transition Services, Inc, as well as Human Resources at Transition Services, Inc’s parent company, RVI Group. Prior to joining the team in 2003, Elizabeth spent 20 years working in private, non-profit, and corporate environments empowering people to see new possibilities and achieve new levels of personal and organizational performance. For 12 years Elizabeth directed the Youth at Risk program, a community-based, volunteer-intensive transformational program for young people at risk, active in 25 cities in the US and in the UK. She then moved into the corporate world, bringing her facilitation, leadership coaching, and consulting skills to large-scale organization transformation initiatives. Elizabeth has attended Yale University and holds a B.A. from San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
