Dayna Eberhardt

Chief People Officer MOD Pizza

Dayna Eberhardt is the Chief People Officer at MOD Pizza, a purpose-led, people-first pioneer of the fast casual pizza category. Prior to MOD, Dayna served as Global Senior VP, Talent Management of Expedia Group, Inc., a public online travel company, from January 2020 to August 2021, where she was responsible for talent management, succession planning and learning and development. Prior to Expedia, she was a Human Resources leader at Starbucks Coffee Company from 2006 – 2019. Between October 2012 to December 2019, Dayna served at Starbucks as Vice President, Human Resources, where she handled various responsibilities supporting the business in areas of staffing and compensation, employee development, succession planning and employee experience for Starbucks employees. From 1999 – 2006, she held leadership positions in Human Resources as Alaska Air Group. Dayna obtained a M.A. in organizational systems, and completed everything but her dissertation for her PhD in organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University, a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University and a B.A. in Speech Communications from Gonzaga University. Dayna has previously served as an Executive Education Board member for the Center for Effective Organizations (CEO) at University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and she currently serves as an Advisory Board member of Gonzaga University’s School of Leadership Studies. Dayna is active in her community in Seattle and an avid tennis player.
