Da’Mon Wardlow is the Vice President of People and Culture with TOMS King, one of the top 10 largest Burger King franchises. In the executive role, Da’Mon oversees the development and execution of the company’s people strategy and practice, including employee relations, total rewards, talent acquisition, risk management, learning and development, talent development and diversity, and equity and inclusion efforts. Before joining TOMS King, Da’Mon was the Director of Human Resources/Learning and Development at Camping World for four years. During this time, he has contributed to Camping World’s growth from a team of 8500 to a 13,000-member workforce. Da’Mon brings expertise in implementing a transformational talent plan, including acquisitions, developing HR partnerships with operators, providing proactive and strategic guidance for the field, and organizational planning and development initiatives at scale. Da’Mon has previously worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Family Dollar Stores, responsible for 400 locations in multi-states. Da’Mon was pivotal in executing the Field HR function, decreasing turnover, improving engagement, and implementing company-wide HR programs. Da’Mon also worked in various HR roles at Lowes Home Improvement Stores and The Fresh Market. Da’Mon brings over 20 years of HR experience in the customer service food and retail industry. Da’Mon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roosevelt University and an MBA and MHRM from Keller School of Management. He also has the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources (SHRM-CP) certifications and earned a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
