Christina Louie Dyer serves as the Sr. Manager, Fair Chance Development at Checkr. In her role, Christina focuses on growing the Fair Chance movement by working with other companies to become Fair Chance employers and building career pathways for individuals with arrest or conviction records through Apprenticeship. Prior to joining Checkr, Christina launched and led the social impact and sustainability function of Lob as the Head of Lob.org, and was the second founding member of Box’s social impact team, Box.org. She is passionate about cross-sector collaboration and leveraging the resources and influences that she has access to for positive impact. Before entering the tech world, Christina was an elementary school teacher and she continues to carry a deep passion for education and developing opportunity pathways for all.
