Chris Ringer is a Sr. Regional HR Manager for Panda Restaurant Group, supporting the Panda Express and Hibachi San restaurant concepts. In this role, Chris leads a team of HR Business Partners and is responsible for employee engagement, leadership development, and associate relations for over 7,000 Associates at more than 375 restaurant locations on the East Coast. Chris joined Panda in 2022 bringing 15 years of HR experience in a variety of roles including talent management, learning and development, and associate relations. Chris also has experience across different industries including government contracting and retail, most recently serving as a Sr. HR Manager for CarMax.
