Chéla Gage

Chéla Gage is a Global Executive with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, management and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

She has led global teams within high technology, automotive and aerospace industries across the U.S., Brazil, China, France, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Singapore, and the U.K.

Chéla holds a SPHR certification and a Bachelor's degree in International Law & Political Studies and an MBA from Sonoma State University. She also studied employment law at Empire College School of Law. Chela is passionate about empowering and uplifting marginalized communities and promoting mental health awareness. She founded Miles Above, a nonprofit that mentors and places emancipated foster youths in permanent or temporary jobs, and serves on the board of One Mind, an organization that transforms and destigmatizes brain health. Chéla lives in Los Angeles, CA with her partner and three boys.
