Senior HR Manager Blain’s Farm & Fleet

Andrew Marcotte is the Senior HR Manager for Blain’s Farm and Fleet, a regional, family-owned big box retailer with 45 locations across the Midwest. In his current role, Andrew leads the HR Business Partner and Learning and Development teams supporting their corporate office and distribution centers.

Andrew holds his SHRM-SCP certification and was a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration. He is also currently enrolled in an MBA program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Outside of work, Andrew is an active volunteer with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) where he supports various emerging leader and mentorship programs. He also serves as a board member on the Southern Wisconsin Workforce Development Board.
