Aaron Sorensen, PhD is a Partner and the Head of Business Transformation &Behavioral Science at Axiom Consulting Partners. He has more than two decades of experience helping retailers change their performance trajectory through solutions that blend behavioral science, analytics, and strategy. Over the course of his career, Aaron has led hundreds of consulting engagements focused on enabling leading companies to achieve greater results from their people, teams, and organizations. His clients in retail have included organizations such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Patagonia, Signet Jewelers, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Chico’s and many others. At Axiom, Aaron leads client engagements where complex and interrelated issues related to organization design, leadership, talent, and strategy are constraining growth and creating execution challenges. He is known for creating evidence-based solutions that are practical, grounded in analytics and behavioral science, and create sustained results. Aaron lives Chicago, IL and has a BS in Psychology from The University of Iowa as well as a Masters and PhD from DePaul University.
