Jim Gorenc is the Vice President of Talent Management for Five Below headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.  Jim has been with Five Below for five years and has responsibility for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development across the entire organization. During Jim’s 5-year tenure with the company it has grown by more than 20% a year over each of the 5 years.  Prior to Five Below, Jim was named the first head of Human Resources at Victoria’s Secret PINK where he spent five years.
