Brynn Diaz has been with Lush North America since she opened their 3rd US location in Santa Monica. Working her way through management and new shop openings in LA and the Bay area, she joined the recruiting efforts in 2007 as Lush USA went through their first big wave of expansions. As Senior Manager of People and Culture, Brynn now manages a team of HR Business Partners, Project Managers, and Recruiters for retail, manufacturing and HQ. Based in Portland OR, she is responsible for the talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, and HR support systems: aligning closely with people and culture operations to find, hire, develop and retain top talent for Lush North America.
